It's Great Being a Landscape Photographer!

The weather yesterday was horrendous yesterday... see me in action below! Even the umbrella had given up!! I had set out to make a black and white image as the weather was generally grey and wet. I set up to take the image but holding an umbrella, arranging the camera and trying to focus took up so much time. A passing couple took the image of me behind the camera and once I had thanked them and re-looked through the viewfinder the umbrella was there. I quickly shot the image and it looked quite good in colour but then, when I was back in the studio, I couldn't not use the red colour of the umbrella with the rest of the image in black and white. I don't know why- but I really like it like this. At least I know one person likes it. What do you think? I'm really pleased with these 2 images as well.
